I am embedded on a dev team with 4 PHP developers and one other ux person. I also work very closely with our other front end team and their UX people. As the UX Lead in a college town where UX people are hard to come by, I have done a lot of teaching, guiding and training for my UX team. Most of my days are spent collaboratively working with my team members doing wireframes, writing stories, and leading group collaboration sessions. My technical background comes into use just about every day while talking to developers.
